- Annual (Yearly 3 x a week visits) Starts at $2,400 / Month

  * Services include  3 Time a week visits 

 * 3 x a week visits - House keeping - Groceries Shopping - Doctor Visits - Medication Pick Ups -         Basic Physical Exam .

 

      Annual Bronze Package 

 

- Annual (Yearly 5 x a week visits) Start at $5,500 / Month 

 

  *Services include 5 X a week visits
